1) Do you offer exchange on orders?

Yes, we do offer exchange on orders placed with us both online and in-store. We can exchange the item for different size or with any other item for the same cart value or more provided you get back to us within 3 days of you receiving the products. There after, We will process the exchange in 10-12 business days after us receiving back the initially ordered products from your end. Or, we can generate a credit note of the cart value. You can use it within 6 months in one go.

2) How many days will it take for you to dispatch my order?

Most of our orders are made to order therefore we require 10-12 business days except the ready to ship category which will be shipped in 1-2 days. Once the order is successfully placed with us, depending on your order category we will dispatch your order within the above mentioned timeline on the shipping address mentioned during your order check-out. In case of any delay a mail mentioning the estimated time will be send to you on your email id.

3) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment gateways except COD for online orders as all products are made to order hence full payment is taken in advance.

Yes we offer gift cards. You can purchase our gift cards from the website. It is valid for 6 months after purchasing and can only be redeemed in one-go.

You will receive an order confirmation mail on your registered email id provided to us at the payment check-out section right after the payment has been made. Or you can call our customer service number in case of any issues with delay in order confirmation.

7) Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

No, as all the products are made to order hence once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled as the process starts immediately.

Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. The charges levied vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (UPS etc.) at the time of your order delivery, after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
