We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at cord.orders@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

The product bought will only be accepted for replace if they are intimated with in 7 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.

Note :
1. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.

2. No Returns or Exchanges for Sale products.

3. No Customization Order During Sale.

4. Store credit along with coupon codes that cannot be applied on sale.

5. Since most of the items are made to order for which we accept only exchanges, refund is not applicable. We give store credit of 6 months validity.


In case of damage :

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else CORD will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. CORD will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of one month from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.

CORD acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
